  • Q. The store I was in does not have a scanner, but they appear in the store list. Can I still use my mobile coupon in that store?

    A. Many stores that participate in our mobile coupon program do not have scanning functionality. You can still show your mobile coupon on your phone to the store clerk, and he or she can manually ring up your coupon offer in the system.

  • Q: Why am I getting the “Must be in the store” message even though I am in the store?

    A: Our coupon page uses the GPS of your phone to locate you. You may need to restart your phone to obtain a more accurate signal.

  • Q: Why won’t some retailers accept my coupons?

    A: Most major chain convenience stores accept our mobile coupons, but not all of them. We are always working with our retail partners to improve acceptance rates.

  • Q: What if my coupon times out/expires before I redeem it?

    A: We include a time limit on our mobile coupons to prevent usage fraud or abuse. If the coupon expires before you can use it in the store, then you can always try again once a new coupon is available (you can access two coupons each week). Watch our How It Works video for details.

  • Q: Why didn’t my coupon work?

    A: There could be several reasons your coupon did not work. Watch our How It Works video to make sure you’re following the correct steps. Sometimes we have technical issues on our end, but are always working to improve. If you continue to have trouble or have had a specific coupon issue not listed here, then contact us at 866-843-0636, and we can help.

  • Q. Why didn’t the store I was in appear in the store list?

    A. That store may not be participating in our mobile coupon program, or you may have had an error with your GPS. Try restarting your phone to obtain a more accurate signal.

  • Q. Why Does My Grizzly Can Look Different?

    A. After more than 20 years of dedicated service, Old Can retired to a remote cabin in Montana to fish. Don’t you worry, though. New Can is packed with the same great Grizzly tobacco you know and love.
